ABOUT SHIBANI
Shibani is a scholar, consultant and lecturer in the field of workplace cultures. She has a passion for issues around spirituality and leadership and is working on unconventional stimulating work in the areas of competitive cultural advantage through values, and about deeper purpose at the work place.

Shibani helps organizations around the world, articulate values based behaviors. She guides individuals and companies along as they maneuver the complex myriad of rules and regulations, while translating their unique values into corporate practices and leadership behaviors that create sustainable competitive advantage. She works with management teams on elevating and inspiring behavior, to help organisations become more values-based, and human-oriented.

Shibani brings a richness of 19 years of experience in the Service industry, with senior roles at reputed organizations. Her work took on a new direction when she decided to pursue a doctorate in the area of workplace cultures, with her research revealing the impact of workplace spirituality, in particular, on organizational outcomes. Admired for her facilitation style, her work on finding meaning in work and at work through emotional and spiritual intelligence remains central to her programs.
