What I do

The keynote speeches, leadership programs, and workshops I deliver around the world are for participants from the private and public sectors, multinational corporations, and government institutions.

I work globally with organizations on culture transformation journeys, building purposeful conversations, behaviors, and actions at three levels: individual, collective, and organizational.

As a certified coach, I help leaders introspect and elevate the way in which they think and behave, driving greater impact through purpose.

The courses I love to anchor at business schools are Managing People in Organizations, Leadership and Influence, Emotional Intelligence, and Negotiation Skills.

Author, Educator, Leadership Advisor, and Keynote SpeakerShibani considers herself a global citizen. Starting with her place of birth Burkina Faso, she has studied, lived and worked across 4 continents.

The pursuit of one’s purpose in life and its actual realization have one thing in common and that is time. You can either choose to wait and discover what is at times an elusive mission or instead be intentional about making every moment in life purposeful and to make it count for something.

Join me as I wade through the peculiar waters of life in search of my own reason for being.

The complexities of the current world make the building of vibrant and purposeful cultures a pressing issue for leaders. While digital technology has transformed our world into a transparent and interconnected one, our thinking and behaviors are yet not completely aligned with these alterations.

The Art and Science of purposeful cultures offer a wholesome perspective and approach, making the case for a model built upon data, science, and psychology.

A deeply reflective and passionate exploration of the search for meaning, through a meandering account of anecdotes, myths, and stories from around the world, philosophies, and scientific contributions. This book is a realistic elucidation of how and what purpose has come to mean in our daily lives, taking readers on a journey through time. The multiple correlations of the one thing that may matter to us, not remaining merely as that one thing, but rather as the ongoing search for it, invite uprightness and urge us to become familiar with those moments in our lives that truly matter. The stories are interspersed with real incidents, drawing analogies to illustrate the similarity of the pursuit of purpose across the world, throughout time immemorial, in both fact and fiction. The central theme of this book is the awareness and subsequent identification of the trade-offs we make for the shifting priorities of our lives and the passion that drives the pursuit of purpose itself.

The Art & Science Of Purposeful Cultures

The complexities of the current world make the building of vibrant and purposeful cultures a pressing issue for leaders. While digital technology has transformed our world into a transparent and interconnected one, our thinking and behaviors are not yet completely aligned with these alterations. The Art and Science of Purposeful Cultures offers a comprehensive perspective and approach, making the case for a model built upon data, science, and psychology. It serves as an antidote to the short-sighted and somewhat disjointed models that are emerging post-COVID. Shibani presents a compelling case for purpose, camaraderie, and impact, which drive strategic cultures in organizations today. The book provides insights, research, and models — everything you need to create a purposeful organizational culture in the 21st century.
