Leadershift

Leaders who are poised to break into the senior level of the firm often need a gentle nudge to embrace evolved mindsets and behaviors.
There are managers, there are leaders, and then there are people who lead with wisdom and compassion. Leadershift is for those leaders. In this 6-module Leadershift program, leaders will refine their mindsets and adopt practices that bring out the roles of saints and superstars, promoting compassion and impact.
Organizations are composed of numerous routines that the workforce experiences and participates in every day – from the way meetings are conducted to the hiring of new recruits, giving employee feedback, and recognizing and rewarding success. These routines not only constitute a significant portion of the company’s activities but also serve as natural opportunities for the workforce to practice and refine specific behaviors, skills, and overall work mindsets. Refining mindsets and guiding everyone into the quadrant of saints and superstars is a deliberate process addressed by Leadershift, a successful global leadership development program.
Leadershift is a 6-module intensive intervention that incorporates simulations, videos, and reflective assessments aimed at developing the necessary mindsets and capabilities to uphold the firm’s mission, vision, and values.
The modules include: Evolve, Engage, Elevate, Enhance, Endure, and Enrich

The Art and Science of Managing Conflict

Affective and cognitive conflicts can either drive success or failure in teams. The leader’s role in driving positive conflict can enhance risk-taking abilities and foster innovation.
Cognitive conflict is instrumental in overcoming biases and generating consensus by encouraging dissenting opinions and working towards shared goals through constructive engagement with others. In this highly interactive and immersive session, individuals learn the importance of positive conflict, consensus building, and exploring different viewpoints. The workshop includes methods for identifying issues and needs, distinguishing facts from fiction, and learning to embrace the power of tension.

The Hero’s Journey

Leaders can become heroes by virtue of the role they accept, the journey they embark on, and the trials that come with it. They have the power to craft their own narratives.
Leadership is a purpose-driven journey. In this ongoing adventure, no two leaders have the same path, but they all share a common bond of purpose. The Hero’s Journey takes us on a timeless voyage, utilizing the tried and tested framework by Joseph Campbell, to create a powerful leadership story. The story of a leader is nothing short of a heroic endeavor, and the Hero’s Journey illuminates that fact. It is the delicate art of storytelling that enhances and amplifies the leader’s unique inspirational identity and brand.

Advanced Leadership Program

A transformational leadership program for experienced senior leaders to examine their successes and failures in the light of presenting and mindfulness, authenticity, and execution. This program involves surfacing adaptive leadership, bringing everything together to finalize one’s ‘Leadership Playbook’ of personalized, contextualized, and fully owned beliefs and strategies.
Rediscover the amalgamation of health, happiness, and purpose on the same level as a leadership learning with a renewed passion for “what’s next.”

Diversity and Inclusion Masterclass

Organizations can no longer consider DEI as outcomes, rather as metrics driving goals and outcomes.
Organizations are increasingly adopting broader definitions of diversity that focus on additional areas such as neurodiversity, cognitive diversity, social mobility and socio-economics diversity. Employers are likely to find themselves being challenged by stakeholders to demonstrate that they are thinking beyond a limited set of protected characteristics. While organizations used to largely focus on measuring diversity, employers are now asking how to measure inclusion. This is more complex than measuring diversity alone, which is largely quantitative. Determining the level of inclusion, by contrast, requires qualitative analysis too. Having expert guidance on measuring inclusion can be helpful to demonstrate that change is happening.
