Every organization has a unique identity that operates within a given ecosystem. The challenges and aspirations of any two teams within the organization itself may be dissimilar. In order to uncover the undercurrents of certain obstacles or the levers that drive ambitions, it is imperative to familiarize oneself with the three layers of the organization: the philosophy or purpose upon which it stands, the policies and values that drive the business, and the signs and symbols that reflect the organization’s intentions, beliefs, and behaviors.

Customized workshops ebb and flow from deep discovery and insights gained through conversations with stakeholders, leader interviews, and focus group discussions. My experience in instructional design enhances the approach to delivery, ensuring multiple aspects of learning and retention, impact, and sustenance are addressed.
